I haven't tried but i see no reason why not. Or I often cook them until not quite done and then re-bake to warm through and add a golden colour. If you freeze them uncooked, lay them out on a baking sheet or something first so that they don't stick together. I'm always looking for easy meal additions so like having some frozen options at hand :)Tashhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18433335549879693901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1676259437038878766.post-87273516142997922622013-02-05T11:39:13.128+00:002013-02-05T11:39:13.128+00:00Hi Andrea, Thanks so much for letting me now how ...Hi Andrea, Thanks so much for letting me now how you got on...your meal sounds great! We ...So delicious! My roommates and I loved these.

We ate them with pita bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, and yogurt sauce (yogurt with dill and herbed sea salt). The lentil balls were so filling we really didn't need the pitas!

So I didn't have to go shopping, I substituted cornmeal for polenta, used olive oil instead of coconut oil, and used only green lentils. Worked great!

Thanks so much for the recipe!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
